Here at Eyelusion Lashes, we believe in going out of our way to ensure that our customers are satisfied. We want our product to give you confidence, not buyer's remorse. We take enormous pride and satisfaction in knowing that we offer our clients the best products on the market.
EYELUSION LASHES PROMISE
If you don't love it, return it! We want you to be just as happy with your Eyelusion Lashes products as we are! If in any way you are not satisfied with the items you purchased, we promise a full refund or exchange in the first 30 days from the delivery date. All that we ask is for you to return the item in it's original packaging along with your invoice or receipt.
Please note, only items purchased on eyelusionlashesbeverlyhills.com will be accepted. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer directly to arrange for a return.
A $3.99 processing fee applies to all USA and Canada returns. A $6.99 processing fee applies for all international returns. All exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis. The return shipping cost will not be covered by Eyelusion Lashes, please save your return tracking number.
Please allow 1-2 business days once Eyelusion Lashes has received the returned package to process your return or exchange. Once we have completed the return you will receive an email confirming both the return and refund have been completed. Please note, all refunds are applied to the original method of payment.
- Returns must be shipped out within 30 days of your package being delivered.
- The items must be mailed back in its original packaging along with invoice or receipt.
- Exchanges will be processed for items of equal or lesser value.
- FINAL SALE: Any product marked as 'final sale' is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Lashes purchased at Tradeshows do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
Eyelusion lashes goes out of its way to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied and happy with their purchases. However, if a customer wants to exchange their purchase with another product, they can do so within 30 days from the date of purchase. Customers are requested to send the original receipts along with them in order to get the products exchanged.
Orders must be placed by 12pm EST Monday – Friday to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday and Friday
If your order contains backordered items, please note that we will hold the entire order until the backordered items are available. We cannot split or combine any orders. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service..
