ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to hygenic reasons, our items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
If the item hasn't been opened and you reach out to us within 14 days of receiving the package, we can accept returns and you will be eligible for a store credit.
Please allow up to 48 hours for customer support to approve the request.
A 6.99 processing fee applies to all returns. All exchanges are handled on a case by case basis.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If an item you received appears to be damaged or defective, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact customer service. Eyelusionbeverlyhills@gmail.com and include your order number and a photo of the product. If you accidentally tear the lash, this is considered your responsibility.
REFUSED OR RETURNED PACKAGES
In case of a refused or returned package, a 6.99 shipping cost will be deducted from any refund, if eligible.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping labels are generated according to clients submitted shipping information. If you have submitted incorrect shipping info, please contact customer service eyelusionbeverlyhills@gmail immediately with your order number and correct address. If the order has already been processed by our warehouse, it is the clients responsibility to contact the carrier for any address change.
WHAT IF A PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?
Eyelusion is not responsible for lost or stolen products. Please contact us with your order number and tracking info to determine the cause.
Please note, only items purchased on eyelusionlashesbeverlyhills.com will be accepted. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer directly to arrange for a return.
A $6.99 processing fee applies to all USA and Canada returns. A $7.99 processing fee applies for all international returns. All exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis. The return shipping cost will not be covered by Eyelusion Lashes, please save your return tracking number.
Please allow 1-2 business days once Eyelusion Lashes has received the returned package to process your exchange. Once we have completed the return, you receive an email.
- Returns must be shipped out within 30 days of your package being delivered.
- The items must be mailed back in its original packaging along with invoice or receipt.
- Exchanges will be processed for items of equal or lesser value.
- Lashes purchased from other retailers do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
Eyelusion lashes goes out of its way to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied and happy with their purchases. However, if a customer wants to exchange their purchase with another product, they can do so within 30 days from the date of purchase. Customers are requested to send the original receipts along with them in order to get the products exchanged.
Orders must be placed by 12pm EST Monday – Friday to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday and Friday
